The vibrant aromas of tropical fruits and elderflower are layered with nuances of fresh herbs and minerals. Furthermore, 12 months of barrel aging add profound aromas reminiscent of vanilla and honey, creating a complex and captivating character.
The palate is rich and smooth. Fruitiness, minerality, and elegant nuances from the barrel harmonize beautifully, leading to a long finish. This wine showcases a new charm of Sauvignon Blanc.
It pairs exceptionally well with dishes featuring asparagus and seasonal vegetables.
It also harmonizes beautifully with seafood dishes such as seafood risotto, pasta, and acqua pazza. The wine's rich aroma and minerality enhance the flavors of the food.
The harvested grapes are carefully selected by hand, and further sorted at the winery.
Only natural yeast is used for natural fermentation in French oak barrels. After fermentation, it is aged on its lees for 12 months, developing a rich texture and complex aromas.
This special cuvée perfectly combines the fresh personality of Sauvignon Blanc with the depth gained from barrel aging.
