Made from 100% Friulano, Friuli's representative indigenous grape, this white wine offers both freshness and depth. Born from grapes grown in a rich natural environment, this bottle reflects the unique character of its land.
Citrus fruit flavors reminiscent of grapefruit and lemon are layered with herbal and flinty mineral notes. On the palate, a fresh acidity and rich umami spread, followed by a pleasant lingering bitterness characteristic of Friulano, reminiscent of almonds.
Combining freshness and complexity, this is a high-quality Friulian white wine to be enjoyed with food.
It pairs exceptionally well with appetizers such as prosciutto, caprese, and Caesar salad.
It complements a wide range of dishes, including seafood, vegetable dishes, and fried chicken, enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients. It also pairs well with Japanese cuisine, making it suitable for both everyday meals and special occasions.
Carefully selected grapes are harvested by hand and re-sorted at the winery. Fermentation is carried out using only natural yeasts to maximize the natural fruit character.
Concrete egg-shaped tanks are used for fermentation. The wine then ages on its lees for 9 months, acquiring complexity and a rich texture. Through winemaking with minimal artificial intervention, the true expression of the grape is brought out.
