An elegant and refined white wine made from Piccolit, a rare grape variety representing Friuli. This wine exudes a special presence, harmonizing rich fruitiness with beautiful acidity.
Abundant fruit aromas of apricot, ripe peach, and fig unfold, accompanied by a gorgeous floral aroma reminiscent of orange blossoms and acacia flowers. A subtle hint of spice adds complexity, creating a profound bouquet.
The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with a perfect balance of concentrated fruit and beautiful acidity. It is a noble white wine with a rich body and a long finish.
It pairs exceptionally well with aromatic dishes such as ravioli with truffles or cream-based pasta.
When combined with aged cheese or foie gras, the wine's complex aromas and rich texture are further enhanced. It also beautifully complements desserts featuring biscotti or dried fruits.
Carefully selected grapes are hand-picked and meticulously sorted at the winery.
Natural fermentation occurs exclusively with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and 12 months of aging on the lees.
Barrel aging adds a smooth texture and complex aromas, resulting in a wine that fully expresses the rich character inherent to Piccolit.
